1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy governs how businesses and individuals may use the ClearArrival platform. It exists to protect all users and to ensure the platform remains reliable, secure, and legally compliant for everyone.
2. Permitted Uses
ClearArrival may only be used for legitimate field service business operations including:
• Dispatching technicians to customer service appointments
• Sending real-time tracking links to customers who have requested service
• Managing technician schedules and job queues
• Collecting post-service customer feedback
• Generating service records for completed jobs
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use ClearArrival to:
• Track any individual without their knowledge and consent
• Send unsolicited commercial text messages or emails
• Collect personal information for purposes other than providing the contracted service
• Conduct surveillance on employees beyond what is permitted by applicable employment law
• Photograph private property without permission of the property owner
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate customers, technicians, or any other party
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law
• Attempt to circumvent platform security controls
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the platform to compete directly with ClearArrival by building a competing product
4. Customer Communication Standards
All communications sent through ClearArrival to your customers must:
• Be related to a legitimate service appointment the customer has scheduled
• Accurately identify your business name
• Not contain false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Include an opt-out mechanism as required by the TCPA
• Not promote unrelated products or services
5. Data Handling Requirements
As a business using ClearArrival you are responsible for:
• Obtaining all necessary consents from your customers before entering their contact information into the platform
• Informing your technicians about location tracking during active jobs
• Maintaining accuracy of all data entered into the platform
• Promptly removing customer data when requested by the customer
6. Enforcement
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund. ClearArrival reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

If you become aware of a violation of this policy please report it to legal@cleararrival.com.
