- How quickly can we get up and running?
- Most companies are fully live within 48 hours. After you start a free trial, you'll create your account, add your technicians, and send your first live tracking link — usually in under an hour. Our onboarding team runs a free 30-minute kickoff call to make sure dispatch and techs are ready for their first real job.
- Does my customer need to download an app?
- No. The tracking link opens in any mobile browser on iPhone, Android, tablet, or desktop. Your customer taps the link in their text message and the live map loads instantly. There's no download, no account, no login. That's the whole point.
- How does pricing work?
- Pricing is straightforward. The Solo plan is $129 per month flat for up to 3 technicians. Growth is $35 per technician per month for teams of 4 to 15. Enterprise plans for 16 or more technicians are custom-quoted. There are no setup fees, no per-job fees, and no per-SMS fees. Your monthly total is your monthly total.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to every feature, unlimited jobs, and unlimited tracking links during the trial. We won't auto-bill you at the end of the trial.
- What integrations does ClearArrival support?
- Google Calendar is available today and syncs your job schedule so technicians see their appointments in their existing calendar. QuickBooks Online auto-creates invoice drafts on job completion. Zapier connects ClearArrival to hundreds of other tools. API webhooks fire on every job event. ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and Jobber integrations are in progress.
- Do my technicians have to download an app?
- No. Technicians can use the full app experience in Safari or Chrome on any phone without downloading anything. The native iOS and Android apps are available for the best GPS accuracy, but the browser version works equally well for techs who prefer not to install apps.
- What happens when a technician has no cell service?
- Location is queued locally on the device and syncs automatically the moment the connection returns. The tech can keep working: marking themselves en route, arrived, or complete. Every event posts in the correct order once they're back online. On the customer side, the map shows the last known position with a subtle 'Signal lost, updating shortly' indicator.
- Is ClearArrival secure?
- All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Each tracking link is tied to a single job, uses a 256-bit random token, and expires 2 hours after the job completes. Customer addresses are never shown to other customers. We pursue SOC 2 Type II certification and run annual third-party penetration tests.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your account stays active through the end of your billing period, then pauses. All your data — jobs, customers, photos, surveys — is kept for 90 days in case you return. There is no cancellation fee and no contract to break.
- Does ClearArrival include job scheduling?
- Yes. ClearArrival includes a full drag-and-drop scheduling system. Create jobs, assign technicians, and the system automatically sequences routes by geography. You do not need a separate scheduling tool. Dispatchers can override any sequence by dragging a job and locking it in place.
