End User License Agreement

ClearArrival, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the ClearArrival Technician mobile application (the "App") on a device you own or control, solely for the purpose of performing your duties as a field service technician employed or contracted by a business that subscribes to ClearArrival's Services.

You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute the App • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App • Use the App for any purpose other than performing authorized field service work

By using the App you consent to the collection of your GPS location data during active service jobs. Location tracking begins when you tap On My Way for a job and stops when you mark the job complete. Your location is not collected when you are not actively on a job. Your location is shared with your employer or the business that deployed ClearArrival and with the customer for the specific job you are servicing. Your location is not shared with any other parties. Location data is stored for 30 days then automatically deleted. You may review ClearArrival's full Privacy Policy at cleararrival.com/privacy.

After initial setup the App supports Face ID and fingerprint authentication through your device's native biometric system. Biometric data is processed entirely on your device by the operating system. ClearArrival does not receive, store, or process your biometric data.

The App allows you to take before and after photographs of job sites. These photographs are uploaded to ClearArrival's secure servers and are accessible to your employer and to the customer for the specific job. You agree to only photograph locations and items relevant to the service being performed and to comply with all applicable laws regarding photography of private property.

ClearArrival may release updates to the App from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue using the Services. You agree to install required updates within a reasonable time.

This license is effective until terminated. Your license automatically terminates if you violate any term of this EULA or if the business that deployed ClearArrival terminates its subscription. Upon termination you must delete the App from your device.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CLEARARRIVAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEARARRIVAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Travis County, Texas.
